This 2100-square foot loft apartment is in an early 20th Century manufacturing building overlooking the Hudson River in Manhattan.

The “gut” renovation included all new floors, walls, windows, and ceilings, central air conditioning and heating, audio-visual system, security system, lighting, and custom cabinetry. In the kitchen, all appliances are under counter and behind cabinet doors. Floors are black-stained oak planks and cabinets are aluminum trimmed black-stained oak veneer.

Bathrooms use carrera marble and mirrored cabinets.
